Work Experience

We have helped over 30 people move into careers in design and engineering

We have run STEM workshops in primary schools, provided work experience at secondary level, hired students out of school and university, employed veterans and those looking for a career move; we are proud to have been part of their journey.

We believe the best time to get kids interested in design and engineering is at primary level: 
we do in-school STEM workshops

We run five 1:1 work experience weeks per year for young people

We invest 10% of our annual profit into promoting young people
